It’s a 1600sq.ft flat located in Pune. It’s a small scale but an alluring project. The client had various requirements regarding the design for this small space flat. Our canvas was a 3BHK flat with only one bedroom having an attached toilet. And also the building has one side service duct. As per the clients requirements, we made him a sacred spot-the pujaroom, a spacious kitchen, a storeroom and a utility dry space. Every bedroom was given an attached toilet. We used few colours with oak wood and created a simple and delightful house.
