Client is based out ofMaharashtra. He is a leading known builder in Pune. He is very sharp, simple and creative person. His son and wife are also the director of this company. He desired a very decent and simple office to reflect the nature of business.

We decided to give a contemporary look to the office with use of all modern material which justified the requirements ofthe client. We designed a Reception area for both floors just beside the lift and staircase. Due to lack of natural light, the place looked dull and dry and therefore we made indoor garden to give a natural feel.Both receptions have easy access to working area. On 2nd floor, we designed adirector’s cabin on one side and aboard room and toilet block on the other. We built separate rest rooms and toilets for each director’s cabin.

In working area, there is abundant natural light, so we decided to use deep and royal color scheme. For furniture, we used dark teak wood throughout office. We used various color combinations. In junior staff and work station,we used grey laminate with teak wood veneer. For flooring, we used dark grey rough slate stone. For workstation and passages, we used carpet flooring. In directors and board room, we used natural wooden flooring. For wall paneling, we used grey concrete tiles. We made false ceiling with straight hunter douglas ceiling. We covered all the services like AC, fans, speaker, fire fighting system, plumbing pipe and electrical pipes with open ceiling so that it can be opened and easilyaccessible. We used Vinyl wall covering all over the office due to maintenance purpose. For window, we usedhorizontal white colored blinds.
