We drafted the plan justifying the space. We kept maximum open space and minimum furniture. We made easy circulation space in all terraces including good amount of scenery with exotic plants. To give a natural feeling to the overall look of the house, we kept few plants indoor. As our motto was to create a simple flat, we used less of color.

We decided to use minimum and light colors in the house. We used only three colors in entirehouse i.e. Oakwood, Cement grey and Mose green . Walls were kept white. For curtains, we used white textured cotton fabric. We matched the flooring color with the furniture color. For son’s bed room, we changed the color scheme based on the customized design using colors like yellow, light brown and dark grey. We used all natural material in this house, for furniture we used oak wood and veneer, for wall paneling- cement concrete, for flooring oak wood-rough kadappa, for tables and counter- also kadappa stone, in toilets-slate stone and for curtains and sofa -cotton fabric.
