Bandekar Seawind

This project is located in Goa, with a stunning ocean view. It is a 3500 sq.ft flat on the 5th floor. Client occupied this place for an outhouse, for guests and weekend plans because it has serene ocean view and fresh wind ideal for such purposes.

The canvas of the weekend house was two flats of 1750sq.ft each. And all the rooms and kitchen were really close to the walls. We ran a thorough analysis of the facts and at the end we decided, to remove all unwanted walls between both flats and design a big space for playing purpose. We designed 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining for 12 people, a Bar, a Billiard room and a beautiful spacious terrace facing the ocean. As the house is a weekend house, we used various colors and textures in different rooms. In the master bedroom, we used Red-symbol of power and courage. In the children room, we used Blue-symbol of youth, truth and peace. In the living room, we used pink-reflection of love and beauty. And for living and dining, we used green-symbol of nature and life.
